Greg Johnson is a true testament to the power of dedication and hard work. Hailing from Lakeland High School, Greg Embarked on his plumbing journey at a young age, starting his plumbing apprenticeship while still in high school. His early days were spent digging trenches for a residential plumbing company in Detroit, where he made house calls and honed his skills in the field. Over time, Greg’s expertise evolved, leading him to specialize in industrial plumbing jobs and factory buildings. In 2008, fueled by his passion and ambition, Greg took the leap and founded his FIRST plumbing company. Upon obtaining his plumbing license, he tackled all aspects of plumbing and water flow, even venturing across the country to construct microbreweries.

Along the way, Greg’s path intersected with Pete Black, who imparted invaluable knowledge and expertise in water treatment systems and water softeners. In 2016, Greg’s entrepreneurial spirit and leadership came to the forefront as he assumed management of Pete Black Plumbing, eventually transforming it from a small team operating out of a house to a thriving operation with 20 employees. Fast forward to today, now Pete Black and J.Mills have merged companies to form Titan Plumbing Group. Greg’s journey exemplifies the resilience and determination that define his success in the plumbing industry.

Brandon Pullen brings a unique blend of experience, leadership, and a customer-first mindset to Titan Plumbing Group. With a background that began in a company offering a full range of trades—including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and bricklaying—Brandon developed a deep respect for the craftsmanship and complexity of each discipline. Now serving as one of Titan’s two General Managers, he oversees large-scale projects, high-interest clients, HR operations, marketing strategies, and long-term business planning. His career also includes 23 years in the automotive service industry, where he received world-class management and customer service training from General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and the Disney Institute. These experiences have shaped his “old-school” philosophy: lead with kindness, be honest, follow through, and treat others how you’d want to be treated.

A lifelong Michigan resident, Brandon was born and raised in Highland and graduated from Lakeland High School. After spending 14 years on a small farm in Howell with his family—raising pigs, goats, chickens, and more, and supporting his daughter Hannah’s involvement in 4H—they relocated to Mason before recently returning to downtown Howell. For Brandon, this community has always felt like home, and he’s proud to serve the people of Livingston County and beyond.

Jay Matznick’s journey in the plumbing industry is a testament to perseverance, adaptability, and self-made success. Starting with a high school summer job selling irrigation systems and working as a sprinkler technician, Jay developed hands-on skills early, including soldering. After attending Oakland Community College in 1998, he explored various jobs before joining his family’s plumbing company, where he gained foundational experience in new construction, rough-in plumbing, underground systems, sump pumps, and PVC drains. Despite parting ways with the family business, and leaving a 10 year plumbing career behind at a hospital, Jay continued to build his career through service work and even ventured briefly into SMS marketing and on-camera promotions. His career path wasn’t always clear, but through persistence, he became a licensed journeyman and later earned his backflow certification and master plumber’s license.

With his accumulated plumbing certifications, Jay founded his own plumbing company and that eventually lead to becoming the General Manager at J.Mills Plumbing. After the recent merge of J.Mills into Titan Plumbing group he now serves as General Manager at Titan Plumbing Group, where he leads with professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for both plumbing and community engagement. In todays digital age, Jay does most of his plumbing though facetime behind the comfort of his own desk- guiding Titans Plumbing Groups technicians to success when extra problem solving is needed.
